For single cards, most come from certified collector shops in Tokyo, known for their quality.

We can ship our packages to mainland France, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Netherlands, Canada and Australia.

After placing your order, we prepare and ship it within 0 to 72 hours. Once shipped, you’ll receive your tracking number. Here’s how it works:

Japan Post (EMS, Airmail):

You can track your package on the official postal website of your country.

Taxes may apply at reception of the package and are the responsibility of the customer. European import taxes have been 22.7%.

For single cards, the most valuable ones are always packaged with a sleeve, soft top loader, cardboard, and bubble wrap for safe transport

Expect 0 to 72 hours for preparation and shipping from Japan.

If you choose FedEx, delivery is typically within 3 to 6 business days. For pickup point delivery, it takes 10 to 14 business days.

Japan Post EMS (faster) takes 2 to 6 business days, and Japan Post AIRMAIL takes 8 to 14 business days.

Japan Post Airmail (standard) takes 8 to 14 business days.

Unfortunately, it happens, although rarely. If so, first file a claim with your nearest sorting center or post office. They’ll guide you on the next steps if they cannot locate the package.

We will need an official document confirming the package loss or theft.

Once you have this, contact us, and we’ll handle it on our end. Often, we arrange a new shipment of items to avoid delays.

It’s rare for a product to arrive damaged as we take all precautions to avoid this. However, if it does happen and we can confirm the damage occurred during transit, we can send a replacement.

If an item is missing, it may have been a human error. We recommend filming the unboxing of your package so we can verify any missing items and handle it.

Yes! There are payment fees (PayPal, Credit Card), restocking, and human costs. We refund 90%.

If the package has already shipped: We can cancel the order once the package is received back by us. All items must remain intact and sealed.
